Having grown up in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, I had to adapt to the changes when I moved to Basel. Adapting to change and different cultures has shaped the way I think and work.
I am motivated by the idea of driving change in all areas and the intrinsic belief that change should be seen as an opportunity.
